Are those just empty words or is there an element of truth or a whole bunch of truth in those words?

Well as someone who has been involved in the home business industry full time for 13 years and been very successful, I know what to look for in analyzing any opportunity.

Okay let's examine the statement millionaires will be created.

What does it take to create a millionaire in network marketing or the home business industry.

1. First would be timing - if you're going to become wealthy in a home business you're not very likely to do it in an established company growing at 5% a year. You're going to have to take a chance on a ground floor opportunity. In this regard I see where they had an official launch on January 30, 2010 so they are a ground floor opportunity. So Pure3x does meet this criteria.
   
2. Obviously it takes more than just being a ground floor opportunity to become wealthy in a home business. Otherwise you would just join any new company. To become wealthy a company would actually have to stay in business, basically have good management and adequate funding. Well a couple things that did impress me when I reviewed Pure3x was, one the person that started the company Andrew Reinhart, earned his own money (over 20 million dollars) all on his own. And he's investing his own money in the company. Obviously this isn't a guarantee any company is going to stay in business. But I have a lot more confidence in a company that developed the money and is willing to risk their own money versus a company where the management is risking someone elses money. So in this regard I would have to say the Pure3x owner/management would appear to have a good handle on things so I don't believe they will be going out of business.
   
3. To become wealthy in a home business you're going to need something hot - a hot product or concept or idea. While it looks like the Pure3X products are very good I don't see anything about them that makes them overwhelmingly special to create wealth on their own. Actually the big feature Pure3x likes to talk about is their simple comp plan: A 3 x 12 Matrix Comp Plan. Where you only have to recruit 3 people to earn all 12 levels. Now this I believe could be hot, it's very easy to understand and understanding creates action.(Pur3x Pure Energy Drink Comp Plan Video) Okay this comp plan I believe could be the hot thing that propels this opportunity and creates millionaires. I would say the next 60- 180 days will provide some indication of that.

While we're on the subject let me say a few things about comp plans in general, what I like and what I don't like about them. Actually a lot of companies like to say, "we have the best compensation plan in the industry." In reality the best comp plan is what best fits your particular marketing style. However, we won't get into that as what we want to focus on here is creating millionaires. So the question I guess that needs to be asked is what comp plan will best create millionaires.

You could argue that this 3x12 matrix plan is similar to a binary plan, but is it, which is better? Here is why I like the 3x12 matrix plan much better than a binary and actually why I dislike a binary. The thing I don't like about a binary is you have to balance your two legs as you get paid off what your lesser leg does. This is fine if your two legs are equal in volume, however they almost never are especially when you start getting into higher volumes. This creates two problems, one you're basically getting ripped off by the company and two it leads to selfish behavior as you're continuing to try to work in your lesser leg and not in your strong leg.

So what about a unilevel plan - once again with the bonuses associated with a unilevel plan it tends to create selfish behavior to qualify for those bonuses. You're not going to become a millionaire in network marketing unless you have a whole lot of people doing something. So a comp plan that rewards selfish behavior is less likely to inspire a whole lot of people to do something and thus less likely to create millionaires.

So of all the comp plans I have ever seen I would have to say a 3x12 matrix where all you have to do is recruit 3 people is probably going to best create unselfish behavior on the part of the upline, thus creating the best chance of creating millionaires provided you have some strong and accomplished upline people.

Here's something else to consider and this is true regardless of company or product in network marketing. There are so many nutrition and juice products (Monavie, Goji juice, noni juice, etc) it's really going to be tough competing in the my product is better than your product arena. I would not go there to become wealthy - especially a new person.

When it comes to trying to compete in this industry on product (my acai berry juice is better than your goji juice) it’s hard to market in that fashion.

I do like the way Pure3x - Pur3x has decided to focus their effort on creating a totally new and very simple comp plan and competing in that arena instead of the product arena. For that reason alone in my opinion they just might create millionaires.

Time will be the judge as it is of all business opportunities.
